Jonathan H. Breen joined the firm of Cota CPA, PC in February of 2011 as a Staff Accountant. Prior to joining the firm he was the Assistant Controller at a small manufacturing firm in New Hampshire. Before that, he worked in outdoor education; leading wilderness trips, facilitating high ropes course experiences and being involved in administrative processes. He worked for programs in New Hampshire, Connecticut, Maine and Colorado. Jonathan passed the four-part Uniform CPA Examination in 2010 and is currently working towards his CPA license. He is a member of the AICPA and the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants.Jonathan was born in Lebanon, New Hampshire and grew up in Dallas, Oregon. He attended the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington where he graduated in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts in Music. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Franklin Pierce University in Rindge, New Hampshire in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance.
Jonathan and his wife Barbara currently reside in Essex Junction, Vermont. They have one child. He enjoys spending his free time with his family, pursuing outdoor activities and working on home improvement projects.
